Covered
Manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. If there is a problem with the necklace that is not caused by the customer, we will replace it. You only pay for the shipping fee.
Not covered
Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care, perfume, alcohol or other chemical exposure is not covered by the warranty. If the damage is caused by the customer and a replacement is available, the customer pays 50% of the original purchase price, in addition to the shipping fee.
Perfume policy
The necklace must not be sprayed with perfume or exposed to alcohol. If this causes damage, it is considered outside the warranty. If a replacement is available, the customer pays 50% of the original purchase price, in addition to the shipping fee.

For the best finish, keep the necklace away from perfume and chemicals and store it separately when not worn.
