All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by IIIAM.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, duplicate orders, or incorrect order information.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided when the order was placed.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting your order. Cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to the applicable IIIAM policies published on our website.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable promotional terms or obvious pricing or technical errors.
IIIAM currently offers the payment methods made available during checkout, including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- InstaPay
- Vodafone Cash
Payment instructions for methods such as InstaPay or Vodafone Cash may be provided before delivery.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your order.
In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or system error, IIIAM reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
IIIAM delivers orders across Egypt.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 1–3 days, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Shipping is free.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, shipping carrier schedules, order volume, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's processes and schedules.
Tracking information may be provided through WhatsApp by the shipping company where available.
If a delivery attempt fails, please contact IIIAM through WhatsApp or our customer-care channels so we can assist you with the order and arrange the appropriate next step.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the product has an issue and is returned:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In the condition in which it was received
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
After the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Vodafone Cash
- InstaPay
A return may be refused if the product has been used, damaged, scratched, altered, or otherwise does not meet the applicable return conditions.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 5 business days of receiving the order when there is an actual product issue.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Proof of Purchase
No separate proof of purchase is required to request a return, exchange, or warranty service. IIIAM may use the order information available in its records to verify the purchase.

SECTION 7 — WARRANTY
IIIAM products are covered by a one-year warranty subject to the conditions below.
Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect that was not caused by the customer, IIIAM may replace the product under the warranty.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping cost.
Customer-Caused Damage
If the damage or issue was caused by the customer, and replacement is possible, the customer may receive a replacement by paying:
50% of the original purchase price + shipping costs.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Perfume
- Alcohol
- Scratches
- Misuse
- Improper handling
- Breakage caused by use
- Any damage caused intentionally or through improper use
Customers should avoid exposing the necklace to perfume, alcohol, chemicals, moisture, and prolonged friction.
A warranty card is included with the product packaging.
No separate proof of purchase is required for a warranty request.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to the IIIAM name, logo, brand identity, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, text, designs, product descriptions, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to IIIAM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
